Robert Alan Homes seemed very helpful to begin with - they were very eager to arrange a viewing with us and this was arranged quickly and easily. Then, once we had put down a deposit for the rental, things changed. They were extremely sloppy in the offices - losing multiple pieces of paperwork, having us resend them time and time again.

Before moving into the house, we compiled a list of problems we found with the house, that we were assured would be sorted before moving in. Very little contact was had once we had paid our deposit and first months rent - we questioned move in dates only to be met with uncertainty.

Once we had moved in, the VERY bare minimum had been done - a bit of filler over cracks in the wall, an industrial clean and a fridge put in. We waited for months to be told 'yes it will be done, but the landlord doesn't want to spend anymore money at this time'.

After much frustration, we were eventually told "If you are not happy in the house and wish to leave before the contract please let me know and I will inform the landlord."

In a few words, don't expect much from this penurious agency.

I personally, would not recommend.
