Review of Clutterfree Kitchens

AVOID at all costs.

Ordered a cutlery tray and knife block, well over £100 worth of goods. Mistakenly I ordered the wrong size, requested politely to return them and exchange, was told I had to return within 7 days and the parcel must be un-opened. Both of these points are contrary to online selling guidelines. Once returned I was told that the cutlery tray was damaged, no satisfactory proof was offered.

Flat out refused any kind of refund, replacement or compromise of any kind. The parcel was in excellent condition when it left me through a courier that they had recommended I use. The response was they were happy to take it to court if I didn't agree.

I'd say threatening your customers with court is a reasonably extreme form of customer service.

I have reported to trading standards and will be pursing all available angles to retrieve my money
