Worst job I ever had wished never came here feel sorry for the residents being made to suffer and waste away !

Work for barchester for about a year am so glad am getting out the door

Poor company all they care about is making money not that staff are happy or even able to there job.

No surpport for new starters to learn company rules etc
I started as a head chef was just dropped into the kitchen without a clue about who was on special diets or purée etc

If don't do brown nosing then avoid with all costs !!!

Short staffed for the full year I worked there and no Intrest in get more as that affects how much PROFIT the home will make
