A complete con man, constant lies, and lack of work being completed, tried to blackmail us into paying extra money by holding major building works up, even though it had been paid for, left the house looking like a building site and very unsafe, all of this with a 1 year old child in the house. We now need to spend a fortune sorting out everything he left behind.
