Review Rude unhelpful staff. Not COVID secure.

Horrendous and rude service. Do not use if concerned about mask wearing, social distancing or; have any clinical venerable situations regarding COVID: the staff will not assist and do not care. I used the service station this week because they have Adblue on pump. My wife and newborn were in the car and they are clinically venerable. After, filling up with adblue I went to pay and realised the store was packed with customers all choosing not to wear masks. I didn’t feel comfortable, so I asked an outside member of staff if I could pay via the night window, or, hand the cash directly. The member of staff told me he didn’t care if I wasn’t comfortable, he didn’t have time to take the money to the till himself and my options were go inside, or, they call the police if I choose to drive off. So much for everyone being in this together and customer service!. The member of staff was unnecessarily rude unhelpful and aggressive, providing no options to assist.
