RackU (pronounced “Rack You”) began in 2012 with a vision to offer a first class service to all its customers. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry we set out to provide exactly that.

We've used some of the biggest service providers in the UK to supply us with our services, but needed a service that fitted right in with both our needs and our customers, so we started to look at what other providers on the market offered the consumer to see how our vision fared out.

Some gave a fair price while lacking in support, while others charged a premium for basic support as a package bolt on. We thought this wasn't very fair and built ways to improve this standard modal and come up with a friendly and effective way of supplying companies with the hosting and support they deserve all at a fair price.
