I am a fully qualified professional massage therapist with over 21 years experience.

Therapeutic massage is also known as Holistic or Swedish massage. It helps with a wide range of physical and emotional issues, including pain, muscular tension, joint stiffness, fatigue, headaches, stress related issues, digestive disorders, emotional difficulties, anxiety, depression, insomnia, injuries and helps with rehabilitation after surgery.

Massage lifts your physical and emotional well being and feels great to receive. It can be very deeply relaxing, rejuvenating and restorative.

I qualified in Therapeutic massage in 1994 (APNT); Sports massage 1996 (FSMT), Aromatherapy 1996 (Dip.ISA) and Health Sciences: Complementary Therapies (BSc. Hons) 2002, and Thai Massage 2013(Dip.Bodywisdom).

I am experienced working both sensitively and at deep-tissue level, depending on your needs.

I have a wide range of clients from all walks of life.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage

Lomi Lomi massage is a beautiful, rhythmic, flowing, full body massage.
It is the traditional massage of Hawaii.

Lomi Lomi massage utilises long, flowing strokes from head to toe. It is inspired by the ocean and nature. Organic extra virgin coconut oil is traditionally used,and essential oils are an optional extra. Lomi Lomi massage is very deeply relaxing and luxurious.

I am a very experienced, fully qualified, professional bodyworker and massage therapist with 20 years experience. Over the years I have trained in many types of massage, including Hawaiian Lomi Lomi.

I am based in Bristol, Bishopston, BS7.

Traditional Thai Massage

Thai massage is an ancient and dynamic form of massage, which is deeply relaxing and highly therapeutic.
It uses acupressure, applied yoga-like stretches and energy line bodywork.
Thai massage originated in Northern India along with Buddhism and Yoga many hundreds of years ago.

I have trained in Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and also here in Bristol.
I am an established massage therapist of over 20 years.
