My experience with Mercedes Benz Watford has been a terrible one.
In March 2012, I booked my car in for problems I was having with my ABS and ESP warning lights coming on, and experiencing difficulty with forward movement. They did there checks and informed me that the brakes pads and break sensors needed to be changed, which it was. The following week I sent the car back with the same problems, where the said they finally rectified by clearing the error logs.
The car had since being parked and when I finally got around taking it out the same problems occurred so I booked the car in, in August, where I was informed it had a problem with rear break lights and they needed to be repaired, I was also told that I needed to change some other sensors with 2 charges of investigation work of £118.33 each and to clean some build up of metal on breaks, and also to change my shock absorbers. I was spoken to rudely, the manager wasn't even apologetic and all I was told that if I was not happy they would give me a number to call, all this I found rude and inconsiderate to customers
