Personal experience for long time
I was a regular customer for years during 1980s up to 2007. I received an excellent service all that years on the engineering level and on the personal. I moved to greater London on 2007 and since That date I used different garages including some big BMW dealers . If I compare G Frape with all the places I dealt with, if I give Frape 8 or 9 out of ten I would give all these places between 3 and 5.
