From the experience I have had with Aston Elite I would say that the job variety is so small that they are a small company with very little experience and success in the Recruitment area. I applied for a job and I felt that I was not considered because of my Age. The consultant was very very abusive, who actually turned out to be the part owner. I would never use a company who I felt were rude and certainly not one who I feel are ageist.
