Absolute disgrace!! Avoid this company at all cost.

Book a shipping for consignment on Friday, they promised to deliver the goods before the follow Wednesday, it is now after a whole week and the parcels are still in the depot. Customer service is terrible, making careless excuses with an attitude like a office temp, first time using this carrier and will never use it again. They are ridiculously cheap so I guess you get what you paid for.
