I have now sold my apartment in Turkey to a buyer from Russia through advertising with this firm in London. They provided proof of my apartment listed in many countries on hundreds of big property portals.

I went with them as they were recommended to me by a friend who also sold through them. My apartment was listed at 79,000 euro i accepted an offer of 75,000 euro and i got the 75,000 in my hand. The buyer covered the commission to the agent and the buyer also covered my TAPU change over.



They kept me informed each time they had someone serious interested in my property. Viewings were conducted with my management company granting access into the apartment. The buyer flew over and was accompanied by one of this companies partners for the viewing. He made an offer on site which i accepted and send a deposit so i would take the property off the market.



I used my own legal team they handled the sale and all money involved.
